Delivery Time

After order confirmation will be communicated to the buyer the delivery time which may be 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the type of product.

If Mestre d’Armas is not able to deliver the ordered type of products on time, or the needed amount of products, customer will be informed. Customer can then choose whether to wait for the delivery, or to cancel the order and receive the paid money back immediately.



International Expedition 

International orders are shipped, through appropriate transport according to the dimension and weight of the products. All the transportation cost will be communicated in writing to the purchaser for approval, after which will be shipped the order. Oversize and/or heavy items (full suit armors or halberds, e.g.) may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.



Duties and taxes  

International orders are subject to duties, taxes and customs charges. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.



National Expedition

Return Policy 

Due to the nature of the business, we have strict guidelines for Returns and Refunds:

- Product is damaged due to proved production defect.

- The characteristics of the product do not correspond to the description in the web shop.

- We do not accept returns in case of special products, personalized or tailored.

- Products may be returned within 15 days after delivery date for a refund of the product price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

- The products must be returned in new and due packed. 

- You must pay any return shipping expense. 

- We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
